Privacy at The Warehouse
Last updated October 10, 2026. This page explains how the website at jointhewarehouse.com handles visitor information.
Website analytics
Cloudflare Web Analytics helps us understand visits and site speed without placing analytics cookies on your device. If you choose “Allow analytics” on our home page, we also load Google Analytics 4. It uses cookies to measure page views and interactions, including RSVP link clicks, partner link clicks, and successful email-list signups. We do not send your email address to Google Analytics.
You can change your choice with the “Analytics settings” button in the site footer. Choosing “No thanks” stops future Google Analytics events from this website and removes its first-party analytics cookies. Information already sent to Google may remain in its reports. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Email list
If you choose to join the email list on the home page or by checking the email box on an RSVP, we send your email address to Resend to manage Warehouse updates. A separate private Google Sheet may mirror the mailing list for our records, including consented contacts added from other sources. The analytics choice is separate from email-list consent. Message us on Instagram to ask about your signup or removal from the list.
Event RSVPs
When you RSVP, we store your name, email, event and date, what you want to create or build, and any Instagram username, LinkedIn profile, company, or job title you provide in a private Google Sheet. We also record your acknowledgment that VisionBrew is used to welcome guests on site. iOS guests can download the app before attending; Android guests are onboarded in person. These details help us manage weekly Thursday tech and Friday creative gatherings. After a verified RSVP save, we send your name, email, event details, and RSVP reference to Resend for one confirmation email. This confirmation is separate from the mailing list: an RSVP subscribes you to email updates only if you check the separate email box. The Sheet stores a submission ID to avoid duplicate registrations. Message us on Instagram to ask about or remove your RSVP.
Feedback and suggestions
The website survey sends your answers through our server to Google Forms; a Google Form link is also available. The website shows confirmation only after receiving a save receipt. Your answers are stored in Google Forms and a linked Google Sheet so we can review experience feedback, coworking requests, and workshop ideas. We do not automatically collect your email address. You may optionally provide your name and email if you want a follow-up about your suggestion. This does not subscribe you to the email list. To prevent duplicate submissions, the website temporarily stores a submission identifier, an answer fingerprint, and its status in your browser tab’s session storage. This record does not contain your answers or contact details. Individual responses are not published; community updates will summarize ideas without identifying respondents. Message us on Instagram with questions about your response. Google Forms is subject to Google’s privacy practices.
Other websites
The RSVP confirmation links to Visionbrew, which has its own privacy practices. Partner links take you to those partners’ websites, which have their own privacy practices.
